why TV doesnt buffer as internet?

TV vs INTERNET buffer

as the internet develops the buffering also stooped but in olden days the buffering takes a major role as compares youtube the video usullay takes 5sec to buffers but then also the TV are not buffered the reasons are
  • the bandwidth
as the internet is used by many peoples as they want to do and what they want to see one person intretst  is varries from other person so the server may give some lag to to that work it will be buffered.
but as the TV we can select only a channel not the show which we want to see as internet this is the one reason why tv doesnt buffer.

the TV will work on broadcasting and they will not buffer because the broadcasting will comes from the signals and frequencies. so the tv will not buffers.

Microsoft says suspected Russian hackers viewed source code||Hackers 2021

  Microsoft Corp. said the suspected Russian hackers behind the stunning breach of numerous U.S. government agencies also accessed the company’s internal source code, although no customer data or services were compromised. “We detected unusual activity with a small number of internal accounts and upon review, we discovered one account had been used to view source code in a number of source code repositories," Microsoft said Thursday in a blog post that updated its continuing investigation of the attack. “The account did not have permissions to modify any code or engineering systems and our investigation further confirmed no changes were made."
