the first fast charger was introduced in the year of 2014 that is qualcoms 2.0 is the first fast charger. the oppo launched its fast charger known as VOOC charger (Voltage Openloop multistep constant current charging) which charges 3400mah battery in only 35 minutes. and this is the worlds first fast charger.

VOOC charger:

VOOC(Voltage Openloop multistep constant current charging) as its name says the constant charging the OUTPUTS of the charger are  4.5 ampers and 5 volts. this type of chargers are seen in onepuls as dash charger and on oppo phone its VOOC charger.
the oppo introduced its SuperVooc charger with its find X lamborgini edition. it charges the phone in 35minutes the battery capcity is 3400mah.the power OUTPUT of the charger is 50WATTs.

the oppo Vooc charger works this charger charges the 3400 mah battery in 35min. 
the battery in oppo find X is divideddifferent batteries 1700mah which is easy to charge the battery and its take less time to charge.

Microsoft says suspected Russian hackers viewed source code||Hackers 2021

  Microsoft Corp. said the suspected Russian hackers behind the stunning breach of numerous U.S. government agencies also accessed the company’s internal source code, although no customer data or services were compromised. “We detected unusual activity with a small number of internal accounts and upon review, we discovered one account had been used to view source code in a number of source code repositories," Microsoft said Thursday in a blog post that updated its continuing investigation of the attack. “The account did not have permissions to modify any code or engineering systems and our investigation further confirmed no changes were made."
